Why "Yuimaru"

"Yuimaru" means "helping one another" in Okinawan. When there's no one around to lean on, or parenting solo leaves you no time to breathe, I hope you'll rely on me — even for a little while — and recharge. That's the spirit behind my support, so grown-ups and children alike can enjoy their time on Ishigaki to the fullest.

Time is charged in 15-minute units. Hourly fees (time beyond the base hours, siblings, early/late and New Year fees) are charged at a quarter of the hourly rate per 15 minutes. Maboroshi Island tours and parasailing have set prices that match the tour time.

How it works

Step 01

Contact us

Send us your preferred date and time, place, and your children's ages and number — by LINE, WhatsApp, KakaoTalk or phone.

Step 02

Consultation & quote

We ask about your child's usual routine and the support you need, then send you a quote tailored to your plans.

Step 03

Booking confirmed

Your booking is confirmed once you have reviewed and agreed to the quote.

Step 04

The day before

We get in touch the day before to check on your child's health and anything we should know, and whether your plans have changed.

Step 05

On the day

We arrive at the place you specify about 10 minutes before the start time. After a short handover about your child's health and plans for the day, we begin.

Step 06

Finish, payment & report

When the session ends, we hand your child back to you. Cash and credit card payments are made after the session. If you prefer bank transfer, please pay in advance. We also send you photos and a report of how your child spent the time.

How do I book?

When do cancellation fees apply?

From 17:00 two days before your booking (25% of the total). From midnight to 17:00 the day before it is 50%, and from 17:00 the day before or on the day it is 100%. See "9. Cancellations" in the Terms of Service for details.

Do I pay a cancellation fee if my flight is cancelled?

No, if you send us an image of the cancellation email or certificate from the airline. Without proof, the regular cancellation policy applies.

Do I pay a cancellation fee if my tour is cancelled?

If a tour other than those of our partner shops Sunfish and Mayagusuku Tour is cancelled, we're sorry, but the regular cancellation policy applies.
